Piano Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Willing to learn and receive musical instructions
• Willing to complete all three levels of diplomas in either ABRSM or Trinity-Guildhall, in Music Performance/Teaching within the course of employment with TYT música
• Comply with the teaching method and syllabus, work culture and policy set by the music school
• Must involve in ALL activities organised by the music school
• Successful candidate will be subject to 3 months probation

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Music/Performing Arts Studies or equivalent
• A DipABRSM or LTCL diploma in Music Performance/Teaching is an advantage
• Those who have Grade 8 certificate in Practical AND Theory (ABRSM) are also encouraged to apply
• 1 – 2 years experience in teaching and handling young students
• A fairly good performance skill and technique
• Required to speak fluent English and/or Mandarin
• Must be able to teach on Saturday
