Music School Policy

  1. Cash term only.
  2. Lesson fees are to be paid in advance in every first lesson of the month or course.
  3. The fees for instrumental lessons will expire automatically after 35 days, regardless of how many lesson(s) the student had participated.
  4. The replacement lesson (due to medical emergency or hospitalization) will not be given again if the student misses the arranged schedule.
  5. There will be no replacement lesson for group lessons (Musikgarten and Theory/Aural).
  6. There will be no refund for lesson(s) missed.
  7. Under normal circumstances, TYT música will purchase all the necessary music material (e.g. sheet music, instruments, etc.) on behalf of the student. Student will only receive their music materials after full payment is made.
  8. Teachers will not make-up for missed lesson duration due to late coming.
  9. Parents are required to pick up their children promptly at the end of each lesson.
  10. Mobile phone must be switched off during lessons all kind.
  11. Replacement lesson will be given only with fair reason (e.g. medical or hospitalization).
  12. In the case of sudden dismissal, fee will be refunded (if any) for lessons which yet to participate.
  13. In the case of immediate withdrawal, the same condition will be applied.
  14. Parents and students are not allowed to park their vehicle inside the premise or at the entrance, nor at the neighbour's driveway.
  15. While waiting for your children completing their lessons, please stay at the designated waiting areas; remain quiet and do not interrupt.
  16. Parents and students are not allowed to linger upstairs or at the staircase.
  17. Please do not treat the scheduled lessons as practice sessions. TYT música may consider termination if a student continually showing poor performances over a period of time.
  18. TYT música will also consider terminating a student due to improper behaviour, truculence or a generally bad attitude from students or parents.
  19. An acoustic piano (Yamaha / Kawai) is very much preferred than a digital piano.
  20. Students and parents can contact their respective teacher during Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., unless otherwise stated by the teacher.
  21. For 'Musikgarten Programs', it is compulsory for either parent to sit-in throughout all lessons.
  22. For instrumental lessons, either parent is encouraged to be present during any of the lesson with prior arrangement with the respective teacher.
  23. Each teacher is a highly trained and competent professional, he or she can determine whether a student is well prepared for the upcoming examination or not. The teacher has the final authority on repertoire, pedagogical or any other music related matters (e.g. registration of Practical and/or Theory examinations). Please treat the teacher with respect in regards to these matters.
  24. Conditions under which the teacher may cancel an individual lesson or cease giving lessons entirely and any recourse for the student:
    • Student showing lack of interest in music lessons.
    • Improper behaviour, such as abusive language, physical or verbal molestation, lack of respect to the teachers and bad attitude against teachers, other students and parents.
    • Consistent late payment of lesson fees.

  4. 学生若无故缺席本中心不提供补课（病故/住院例外)
  5. 集体课程将不会有补课

  7. 依据常理 TYT música 将代学生购买所有必需音乐课本、资料、器材。在缴清所有款项后学生才能收取相关项目
  8. 学生若迟到不允许延长上课时间
  9. 家长必须在上课时间结束后迅速接回孩子
  10. 上课时必须关上手机
  11. 合理缺席可安排补课(病故/住院)
  12. 若有特故取消上课将获退还学费
  13. 若有立即停课状况同样可获退还学费
  14. 家长和学生不可将车子停放在中心内/出口，同时也不许阻碍邻居
  15. 请在特备空间静等孩子完课
  16. 家长和学生不许逗留在楼上或徘徊在楼梯
  17. 不许以上课时间作为练习。若学生持续缺乏练习 TYT música 将考虑终止授课
  18. TYT música 同时也会考虑终止行为不检点者
  19. 比起电子琴本中心提议学生使用音質 好的钢琴如 YAMAHA/Kawai
  20. 学生或家长可在星期一至六从早上九点~下午六点与相关老师联系
  21. 至于"Musikgarten Programs"，家长必须陪同学生上课
  22. 家长可与相关老师安排出席观摩孩子乐器演奏课程
  23. 本学院老师都经专业训练，学生可否参与考试老师拥有最后决定权
  24. 老师终止相关授课因故:
    • 学生对音乐缺乏兴趣
    • 行为不检点
    • 经常迟缴付学费
